1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Faster 25 EC nationwide across Pakistan, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Hyderabad. Delivery to smaller towns is generally possible too — ask us to confirm for your specific location.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time varies by city and courier availability. Major cities are typically faster; more remote locations may take longer. We'll give you a specific estimate when you place your order via WhatsApp or phone — we don't publish a single fixed timeline here because it genuinely depends on your location and current courier schedules.
3. Shipping Cost
Any delivery charge, if applicable, is confirmed along with your product price at the time of order.
4. Damaged or Leaking Bottles
Because this is a liquid chemical product, please inspect your package on arrival. If a bottle is damaged, leaking, or the seal is broken, do not use it — take photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
5. Wrong Item or Quantity
If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, contact us immediately with your order details and we'll correct it as quickly as possible.
6. Returns
Because Faster 25 EC is a regulated pesticide product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles for safety and regulatory reasons. Unopened, undamaged bottles may be eligible for return within a reasonable period if there was an error on our part — contact us to discuss your specific situation.
7. Cancellations
Orders can typically be cancelled or changed before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
